Invite
is a product of the Medill School of Journalism publishing
project at Northwestern University. For three months,
19 graduate students worked day and night to develop a
magazine for people interested in entertaining at home.
Extensive surveys confirmed the need for the magazine
in the market place, and the staff worked diligently to
sell more than $700,000 in advertising. In todays
marketplace, however, we know that few magazines launch
on just advertising alone. As a result, we also developed
an aggressive marketing and promotions strategy aimed
at securing brand partnerships. With Evite, Cooking.com,
Blockbuster, Target and Starbucks Coffee onboard, its
not too late to join the party. Look at our media kit
