 Godzilla
One of the most popular drinks at Sushi Samba in Miami
is the Godzilla. Combine 1/2 oz. ground ginger with 1/2
oz. extra fine sugar. Add 1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya Ohranj
(orange) vodka, 1/2 oz. each of fresh orange juice and
guarana (South American stimulant drink), 1 oz. lime juice
and 1/4 oz. each of blue Curaçao and tonic water.
Shake with ice and strain in a martini glass. Garnish
with freshly sliced ginger.
