Blueberry Vodka Martini

WHAT TO BUY:
1 l. vodka
1 pt. blueberries, rinsed and dried
1 c. raspberry-flavored liqueur
1 lime, juiced
1 twist lime zest

DIRECTIONS:

Pour out 1/3 of a vodka bottle into a jar, and then fill the now 2/3-full vodka bottle with blueberries. Next, pour in the retained vodka from the jar until right below the neck. Add just enough raspberry liqueur to top off the bottle. Let sit in a dark place for two weeks. To serve as martinis: In a ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine two parts blueberry vodka, one part raspberry liqueur and a splash of lime juice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with a twist of lime zest. Serves 10.
