Caps Tourney til the Cops Came

An outdoor caps game wouldn't happen just any day at Northwestern, but it was sure to happen on Dillo Day. When the Evanston police stopped by, they didn't even break it up, they just told us to make sure we were on private property. Everyone moved inside just to be safe.
